I was surprised by how quickly my prescription got approved — way faster than I expected. The whole process was super easy and stress-free, and I’m really happy with the experience.

I used Zava for something I wanted to keep private, and the whole process felt really low-key and comfortable. There were no awkward phone calls to deal with, which I appreciated a lot, and the emails were plain and not overly obvious, so it didn’t feel like my personal business was being announced in any way. Everything was straightforward, and I got the impression that my details were being handled safely and properly. It was nice to be able to sort things out without any fuss or embarrassment. I reached out and support basically said something like, “It can take a few minutes for the confirmation to show,” which turned out to be right. I got the confirmation shortly after. Not a terrible experience, just think the process could be clearer so you’re not left guessing
